Classes

All tuition payments are set up on a monthly autobill using the card you put on file. Your start date will be your bill date (example: if you start on the 12th, your autobill will be set to charge every month on the 12th of the month)

Our class enrollments are year-round and do not start/stop with the seasons. We will continue to charge tuition payments until you notify us that you need to withdraw.

We require a 2 week notice prior to your next bill date for all cancellations (preferably by email)

REGISTRATION FEES AND TUITION PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Students may only attend the class day/time that they are currently enrolled in.

Due to limited space in our classes and ensuring the proper coach to student ratio, we do not offer makeup classes should you miss your scheduled day.

Your tuition pays to hold your spot in a class, regardless of attendance. Tuition will not be pro-rated for any missed days or holiday closures.

(keep in mind that some billing periods will include 5 classes and we do not charge extra when this happens. Typically these “Bonus” classes will balance out missed classes throughout your enrollment)

We do not allow tuition pauses. If you plan to have an extended absence you may either continue to pay for your spot in the class or withdraw and re-enroll at a later date.

We require a 2 week notice prior to your next bill date for all class withdrawals.

Once we receive your request, we will reply with a confirmation and your last class date.

Our classes focus on teaching the techniques necessary to complete various obstacles and master balance, agility and strength! Each age group will consist of a warm-up, obstacle course, skills, agility and cool-down.

Mini Ninjas will work on a variety of skills such as basic vaults, ninja rolls, precision jumps, balance and agility. Our Minis obstacles are built just for their size! Some favorites include: monkey bars, rings, tilting ladder, trapeze, ascending steps, and mini warped wall.

Junior Ninjas will work on a variety of skills such as laches, grip strength, pull-ups, traversing, balance, and agility. Some favorite juniors obstacles include: fly wheels, tilting ladder, jumping spider, warped wall, and canonball alley.

With over 80 obstacles in our facilities, there are countless ways to create courses each week to keep our classes challenging and fun!

We hold student-only competitions/showcases at least 4 times per year. This gives our students something to work hard for and the opportunity to show their family all the amazing ninja skills they’ve been working on in class. They are very low-pressure and super fun events!
There is an extra fee to register for competitions. Participation is optional, but encouraged.

Holiday closure reminders will be posted at the top of our site and reminders will be given in class the week prior.

*We do not do makeup days for holiday closures.

Students are expected to:

• Actively participate in the curriculum the coaches have planned for the class.

• Be respectful to their coaches and peers.

• Stay engaged, on task and listen to instructions.
  
  Failure to follow instructions or stay on task, being disruptive, engaging in bullying, physical aggression such as hitting, displaying disrespect towards instructors or peers, using inappropriate language, or damaging property, will result in the cancellation of enrollment at the discretion of Ninja Warehouse.
